"No Stars Period! Worst Insurance Agent ever! He has messed up on my daughter’s policy and mine. I recently tried to remove a vehicle from my policy and a lienholder on another vehicle in January 2024 and they removed two vehicles instead of one. Then the whole policy got cancelled and it had to go through underwriting. It has taken more than 3 months to get it fixed. During those 3 months, I requested for him to call me at least twice and he never did. I finally had to call State Farm directly and they told me the agent messed up all the while the agent’s office told me State Farm messed up. I just called State Farm again to follow up and they 3-way called with Tom Fladd to get him on the phone. He basically couldn’t answer my questions and had to keep putting me on hold to ask his staff. When I asked why he never called me, he said he didn’t have time to call me whenever I wanted. HE DOESN’T CARE PERIOD! Im switching to someone who cares. He doesn’t deserve another dime out of me!"
