Welcome to the Tom Fladd State Farm Agent office in San Antonio, Texas! I opened my office in 2011 with a passion for helping families and small businesses feel prepared and supported. I’ve worked with State Farm for over 19 years, and San Antonio has been home to my family for more than a decade. We’re proud to serve Boerne, Bandera, and Helotes, along with the greater San Antonio area. Navigating insurance can feel overwhelming, but we try to make it approachable for you. Before opening my office, I earned a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Florida, which taught me the importance of service, relationships, and clear communication. Today, I apply those same values when working with customers. I also believe in giving back and supporting local youth programs. I serve on the board of our church’s sports league and coach a youth girls’ volleyball team—both of which keep me connected to the community in meaningful ways. Outside of work, I love being outdoors—whether that’s fishing, golfing, or hiking with my family. My wife, Jessica, also works with State Farm, and we have two daughters.
